2. What BuildBet Is Not
BuildBet does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional business advice.
BuildBet does not guarantee that:
- Any idea will make money
- Any user will get customers
- Any user will make $1, $100, $1,000, or any other amount
- Any idea will become a successful business
- Any idea is original, unique, or legally protectable
- Any market analysis is complete, current, or error-free
- Any outreach, launch, or business action will produce results
- Any score, ranking, or recommendation is objectively correct
All BuildBet outputs are informational, educational, and probabilistic. You are responsible for your own decisions, validation, execution, and results.
3. No Earnings Guarantee
BuildBet may use phrases such as “first dollar,” “make your first $1,” “turn demand into money,” “find a winning idea,” or similar language in product copy, community challenges, examples, or educational content.
These phrases are motivational and illustrative only. They are not guarantees, promises, or typical results.
Your results depend on many factors outside BuildBet’s control, including but not limited to:

- Your skill level
- Your offer
- Your product quality
- Your pricing
- Your timing
- Your market

- Your audience

- Your consistency

- Luck

5. User Responsibilities

- Abuse credits, refunds, accounts, promotions, or community features

- Misrepresent BuildBet outputs as guaranteed facts
- Use BuildBet outputs to infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment systems, or access controls
- Share, sell, or transfer your account without permission
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform, other users, or BuildBet.
6. Accounts and Security
You may need an account to access certain BuildBet features.
You are responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate account and billing information
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

7. Payments, Plans, and Action Credits
BuildBet may offer paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, credits, action packs, or other paid access options.
By purchasing a paid plan or product, you agree to the price, features, usage limits, billing terms, and refund terms shown at checkout.
BuildBet may use action credits to power certain features, including but not limited to:

- Customer profile generation
- Business plan generation
- Build plan generation
- Lead scans
- Outreach-related actions
- Other AI-powered actions
Unless otherwise stated:
- Credits have no cash value
- Credits are not transferable
- Credits may only be used inside BuildBet
- Unused credits do not automatically qualify for a refund
- Feature availability may change over time
- Credit costs may change over time
- Plan features may change over time
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
You are responsible for managing your subscription, billing information, and cancellation settings.
8. Subscriptions and Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings, payment provider, or by contacting BuildBet support.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
BuildBet may change pricing, plan names, plan features, or usage limits at any time. Changes will apply going forward and will not automatically modify completed purchases unless required by law or clearly stated.
9. Refund Policy
BuildBet may offer a refund policy for eligible purchases.
Unless a different refund policy is clearly displayed at checkout, the following refund policy applies.
9.1 30-Day Fair-Use Refund
BuildBet offers a 30-day fair-use refund for first-time customers.
To qualify, you must:
- Be a first-time BuildBet customer
- Request a refund within 30 days of your first purchase
- Have used no more than the refund usage limit for your plan
- Have used BuildBet in good faith
- Not have violated these Terms
Refunds are intended for genuine users who tried BuildBet and did not find the product useful.
Refunds are not based on whether you made money, got customers, validated an idea, or achieved any specific business outcome.
9.2 Refund Usage Limits
To prevent abuse, refund eligibility is limited by action usage.
Refund eligibility limits:
- Starter: 10 actions or fewer
- Plus: 15 actions or fewer
- Pro: 20 actions or fewer
If you use more than the allowed number of actions for your plan, your purchase may no longer be eligible for a refund.
BuildBet may also apply similar fair-use limits to other plans, promotions, or packages.
9.3 How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- The email used for your BuildBet account
- The plan or purchase you want refunded
- A short explanation of why BuildBet did not meet your expectations
We may ask for additional information to verify your account, purchase, usage, or refund eligibility.
9.4 When Refunds May Be Denied
BuildBet reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Requests made after the refund window
- Usage above the fair-use action limit
- Repeated refund requests
- Abuse of credits, accounts, or promotions
- Excessive usage before requesting a refund
- Attempts to extract, copy, scrape, or resell outputs
- Account sharing or suspicious account activity
- Chargeback abuse
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or bad-faith behavior
- Purchases clearly marked as non-refundable
9.5 No Earnings-Based Refund Promise
BuildBet does not offer refunds based on whether you make money, get customers, validate an idea, build a product, or achieve any specific business result.
Any refund offer is based on product satisfaction and fair use, not guaranteed earnings or guaranteed outcomes.
9.6 Payment Processing
Refunds may be processed through our payment provider.
Depending on your bank, card provider, country, currency, and payment provider, processing times and returned amounts may vary.
BuildBet is not responsible for:
- Bank delays
- Payment processor delays
- Currency conversion differences
- Foreign transaction fees
- Bank fees
- Payment provider rules outside our control
10. Intellectual Property
BuildBet owns the platform, website, interface, systems, software, workflows, scoring methods, internal logic, branding, design, and underlying technology.
You retain ownership of:
- Ideas you input into BuildBet
- Projects you create
- Your own original content
- Your own business concepts
- Your own notes, names, brands, or materials
Generated outputs created for your account may be used by you for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
However, BuildBet does not guarantee that generated ideas, names, strategies, positioning, or outputs are original, unique, legally available, or not already being used by others.
You are responsible for checking:
- Originality
- Trademarks
- Copyrights
- Patents
- Licensing
- Regulatory issues
- Market feasibility
- Legal compliance
BuildBet is not responsible for disputes related to your use of generated ideas or outputs.
11. Generated Outputs

- Outputs may not be unique to you

- Outputs should not be treated as guaranteed facts
You are solely responsible for how you use generated outputs.

- Comments

- Challenges

You are responsible for anything you post, share, or submit.
You agree not to post or share content that is:

- Abusive
- Harassing

- Spammy

Community challenges such as “first dollar,” “24-hour build,” “can you beat this,” or similar prompts are for motivation, education, and entertainment. They do not guarantee results.

You agree not to use BuildBet to:

- Violate another person’s rights
- Generate spam or mass unsolicited outreach
- Create scams, deceptive offers, or fraudulent businesses
- Harass or target individuals
- Collect personal data unlawfully
- Infringe intellectual property
- Attack, overload, or disrupt the platform
- Bypass usage limits or payment systems
- Resell access without permission
- Misuse AI-generated outputs
BuildBet may investigate suspicious activity and take action when necessary.
